Wiki Presentation
This presentation was part of the Anderson Language & Technology Center's Spring 2011 Share Fair on teaching languages with technology. The purpose of this presentation was to help language teachers consider ways of implementing wiki-based activities into their teaching.
In order to present on the topic, I made a poster called a "Glog," which was projected as I spoke, and which was used to highlight different aspects and possibilities for using wikis while teaching. Some of the highlights of the presentation included:

- An explanation of the collaborative benefits of wikis
- The pros and cons of stand-alone wikis vs. wikis that can be embedded into another site
- A discussion of cost, functionality, security, feasibility, and simplicity
- A presentation of some possible uses for wikis in the language-learning classroom
